Gentle Yoga for Senior Adults
Taught by Linda Sevika Ward, this yoga class is designed to allow almost anyone to participate in a very gentle form of yoga. Yoga in chairs is great for people with limited mobility to gain increased flexibility, learn breathing techniques and experience the relaxation and stress relief that a regular yoga class can provide.

Senior Adult Pottery Painting
Come show off your creative side and paint an adorable bud vase or a coffee mug! Splatters Pottery Studio will provide stencils, stamps and idea books for your use. Your piece will be glazed, fired and returned to the Teen/Senior Center in one week!

Senior Adult Tai Chi
Taught by Louis Knox, this is a simplified Tai Chi form that also utilizes several Qi gong forms. The movements can be done sitting or standing. Benefits of this class include improved range of motion, increased lung capacity, better circulation, and, for those who stand, improved balance.
