Sheila began her art education in 1953, and has been learning, creating, and teaching ever since. Her works are included in private collections in the United States, Great Britain and Australia, and have been featured in exhibitions worldwide. She is proficient in all mediums but particularly enjoys the pure, vibrant colors achieved in watercolor.

The Rising Stars 12 Week After-School Elective for Georgetown High School students will be held weekly (every Monday) at the Georgetown Recreation Center from March 22 to June 7, 2010 at 4:00-5:30 p.m.
