Cheryl Brinkmeyer      512 / 630-1833 freedomfitnessgt@yahoo.com
In today’s fast-paced world, it is often hard to find time to be active.  Cheryl’s goal is to train and educate her clients for overall health and wellness and to get away from the “quick fix” exercise regimen.  She is ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified and continues her education to stay updated with current trends and better assist clients.
Cheryl went from not running at all to running in a 5K race and winning in her age group.  Since then, she has competed in triathlons, half-marathons and everything in-between.  “Couch to 5K” is a great program she has started for those that think they can never participate in a running race.  In addition to incredible workouts, she can teach you how to appropriately stretch, incorporate yoga / Pilates, and teach you stress-relieving exercises.
